Jeffrey Zabludoff is a cofounder of QuPeople and serves as Vice President of Content Development and Marketing. He has 20 years of experience covering all facets of corporate staffing, recruitment management and executive search. Throughout his career, he has focused on supporting companies that are rapidly growing or going through significant change. Jeffrey's most recent corporate staffing experience includes talent management responsibility for DIRECTV's Sales, Marketing, New Media, Advanced Products, Creative Services and Customer Service units. His in-house experience includes managing professional staffing at Universal Creative, a Universal Studios division responsible for the development of new theme parks, resorts, attractions and location-based entertainment. He has also held corporate staffing positions at Paramount Pictures, CIGNA and Xerox. As a consultant, Jeffrey's clients have included American Golf Corporation, The Los Angeles Times, PacifiCare and Nissan. He served as manager in the executive search practice of Ernst & Young. Jeffrey earned a Master's Degree from University of Southern California and Bachelor's Degree from Tulane University. He was Co-Chairman of the Entertainment Recruiter's Network and instrumental in launching Showbizjobs.com, one of the top 20 internet job sites. Jeffrey has been a frequent speaker and contributor at professional events. He has served as Chairman of the Bay Area "Best Practices in High-Tech Recruitment and Retention" Conference in 1998 and was a featured speaker at the AIRS 2001 Leadership Summit. Jeffrey lives his vision of a diverse and full life that includes family, community service and multiple careers such as major newspaper and magazine columnist, actor and Funk historian. |
